Auda makes equity investments in both public and private companies in leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, as well as growth capital and venture capital transactions. We access investment opportunities through our relationships with more than 50 top-tier private equity sponsors.

Our team completes extensive due diligence independently from the sponsoring firm, including meetings with management, detailed financial projections, competitor analysis, and a review of legal, accounting and regulatory issues. After closing, we also actively monitor all direct investments on an ongoing basis including, when appropriate, representation on the board of directors.

Our co-investment activities focus primarily on U.S. buyouts and growth equity investments and offer investors diversification by both sponsor and industry.
